adequate stay at the hotel
clean room replaced furniture early closure slow service
the room was clean. the furniture had clearly been replaced recently. i had an ironing board and iron available. a hairdryer was also present.
a night porter was said to be able to serve us yet he could not unless we took drinks to our room. we chose to go to bed instead. breakfast service was slow. tables were not cleared quickly.

spa getaway was awesome
generous upgrade stylish area helpful staff
I received a generous upgrade and enjoyed a lovely room. the communal areas were clean and stylish. i found ALL staff pleasant. They were as helpful as one could wish.
My room faced the road. It got pretty noisy, especially with people smoking outside AT night. their voices carried A LOT.

The restaurant staff are lovely. the house bread included two slices cut in half WITH butter. i ordered the stuffed belly of pork. My friend had chicken and shared vegetables.

The orangery breakfast was lovely. the staff helped me find gluten-free options. the grounds are fine. i liked all the varied rooms. They were very clean. there was convenient parking spaces.
the hot water tap in the sink was broken. this meant i had to use only cold water. it wasn't ideal, but i managed.
